Beth grew up skating in Fenelon Falls and went on to train at the Durham Region Skating Academy and Ice Dance Elite school in Scarborough during her competitive years. Some highlights of her skating career include completing her Gold free skate, skills, and dance tests and competing at the Pre-Novice level in ladies singles and Novice level in ice dance. After that, she continued skating with Brock University’s varsity skating team where she was an OUA Allstar and Captain of the team. It was at this time that she completed her coaching certification and began teaching in St. Catherine’s.
Beth has been coaching for 11 years and is level 2 trained. She recently moved to Lindsay with her husband, Jeff and two children; Jacob and Charlotte “Charlie”. Coaching is her passion and she is very grateful to have the opportunity to do what she loves.
I have lived and coached in the area since 1972.Currently fully certified at Level 3 with 8 Level 4 NCCP courses completed. My pupils have attained Gold Status in Skills, Freeskate , Dance and Interpretive. Former pupils have competed at Provincial level and at the National Challenge level as well. My personal coaching philosophy is encourage my skaters 'to be the best you can be' while maintaining a positive approach to all that skating offers.

Denise grew up skating with the Woodville Skating club until the age of eight-teen. She attended Seneca College for two years and graduated from their figure skating technique coaching program. Denise is a level 2 certified coach, with her level 3 theory and technical. She is also a certified power skating instructor.
Throughout her coaching career, Denise has coached numerous skaters through their gold tests, and has had some skaters qualify and win Provincials at the STARSkate Level. Her favourite thing about being a coach is watching skaters achieve what they did not think they could. She also enjoys seeing friendships develop on the ice, and watching each skater grow as individuals.
When not at the rink you will find her cheering on her 3 boys on the baseball diamond.
Jess grew up in Lindsay and skated with the Lindsay club for over 14 years. Jess completed her Gold Skills and her Gold Interpretive tests as a skater. Jess is level 1 certified and has coached for several years. Coaching allows Jess to combine her two passions, skating and children. Jess and her husband Nik enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Julia has been a member of the Lindsay Club since she was a little girl. She now shares her passion for skating as a coach with Lindsay's Canskate program. As a skater she completed her Gold tests in Skills, Dance and Interpretive. Julia is currently in Grade 12 at LCVI.
